Responsibilities:
rvision: Oversee and manage all aspects of building construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
Management: Lead and supervise construction teams, including subcontractors and labourers, to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects.
ress Monitoring: Regularly inspect work progress, identify any issues or delays, and take corrective actions to mitigate risks and maintain project timelines.
urce Allocation: Coordinate with project managers to allocate resources effectively, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to meet project requirements.
mentation: Maintain accurate records of construction activities, including daily progress reports, work schedules, material usage, and manpower deployment.
unication: Facilitate communication and coordination between various architects, engineers, contractors, and clients, to resolve any project-related issues and ensure smooth project execution.
lem-solving: Proactively identify potential challenges or obstacles in construction projects and implement solutions to address them effectively.
ty Management: Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and procedures at the construction site to minimize accidents, injuries, and hazards.
Qualifications:
1. 12��th pass or above. Additional certification in computer knowledge or related field is a plus.
2. Minimum of 15 years of experience in building construction, with a proven track record of successfully managing construction projects.
3. Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
