Planning Engineer having 3+ years of experience in construction industry with B Tech(civil/DCE and the Job description particulars as under:

JOB DETAILS

1) Preparation of Master and Micro Schedules.

2) Preparation of project budgeting, costing.

3) Tracking and analyzing gap analysis

4) Resource Identification, allocation & Leveling, Productivity analysis

5) Coordination with Sub contractors

6) Contractual correspondences with Contractor

7) Preparation and approval of various contractual claims

8) Preparation of rate analysis for extra items and approval from client

9) Preparation of Material procurement schedule as per baseline program.

10) Monitoring the progress and plan for shortfall as per Key Dates achievement.
