Collaborating with engineers, architects ,Consultant etc. to determine the specifications of the project, Negotiating contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements

Direct or participate in surveying to lay out installations and establish reference points, grades, and elevations to guide construction.

Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations, Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met.

Evaluate, select and apply standard engineering methods, techniques, procedures and criteria in designing infrastructure projects.
