Roles and Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible to supervise the day to day management of the site which includes monitoring the site labour force and the work of subcontractors.

Reading architectural, structural and services drawings.

Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials and plant;. Agreeing a price for materials, and making cost-effective solutions and proposals for the intended project;. Managing, monitoring and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the client or architect;. Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.

Civil engineers may also specialize in foundation analysis,build Understanding of quality norms, will be responsible for planning and execution of structural , civil and interior works Design, Estimation,& costing of Civil & steel structural works.
