Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage construction site operations, ensuring safety protocols and quality standards are maintained.
Coordinate and collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Prepare detailed bills of quantities (BOQ) and project cost estimates.
Manage project schedules, ensuring work is completed on time.
Prepare and review contracts, invoices, and other financial documentation.
Conduct site inspections and audits to monitor progress and resolve any issues.
Collaborate with architects, project managers, and other engineers to ensure project specifications are met.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in construction site management and office work (including bill work).
Strong knowledge of construction processes, contract management, and cost estimation.
Proficient in software such as AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
