Civil Engineer - Guwahati

1. Design and develop civil engineering projects, including infrastructure related to warehouses, retail stores, distribution centers, and logistics facilities for hardware products.

2. Prepare detailed technical drawings and construction plans using AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software, ensuring compliance with safety standards and building codes.

3. Perform structural analysis to ensure that buildings, warehouses, or other infrastructure projects are designed to withstand environmental loads (., wind, earthquakes, and heavy equipment).

4. Design foundations, structural systems, and concrete or steel structures based on project requirements and safety regulations.

5. Oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring the project is being executed according to the approved designs, timeline, and budget.

6. Manage and supervise contractors, subcontractors, and laborers, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and work schedules.

7. Prepare cost estimates for construction projects, including material, labor, and equipment costs for hardware-related infrastructure projects (., warehouses, storage areas, distribution facilities).

8. Ensure all construction activities comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and environmental regulations related to hardware sales infrastructure (., warehouses, retail locations).

9. Implement quality control procedures to ensure that all materials, designs, and construction work meet company standards and industry regulations.

10. Collaborate with the sales and procurement teams to ensure that hardware products are delivered and stored safely in the right conditions within warehouses or distribution centers.

11. Promote sustainable construction practices, ensuring that projects minimize environmental impact (., through waste reduction, energy-efficient designs, or eco-friendly materials).
