Qualified Civil Engineer/s shall attend site minimum 26 days per month for daily monitoring and coordinating the

said Engineer shall report once a week as to expedite drawings/documents requirement from Office

as also give required feedback for preparation of report.

Any instruction given at site shall be routed through our site staff for proper control of the project /no instructions

shall be given directly to the Contractors in any case. Deviations/ variations shall necessarily be first discussed with us.

Refinalised/ revised decisions will then be conveyed to contractors by PDPPL.

Calculated quantities of materials required for construction based on site

testing and material studies.

Conducted field surveys and demarcated areas for construction activities

according to engineering drawings.

Prepared and maintained documentation related to site testing, material

studies, and drawing demarcation.

Collaborated with senior engineers to ensure accurate implementation of

engineering plans and specifications

Led project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Maintained effective communication with clients, contractors, and suppliers.

Conducted regular site inspections to ensure progress and address challenges

promptly.

Managed procurement of materials and equipment, optimizing costs while

ensuring quality.

Supervision of works by the appointed team for execution to the best intents of Drawings, Specifications & Contract

Documents.

Monitoring procurement of materials, equipment and labour of clients/Contractors.

Monitoring progress and sequence of works of various agencies and trades for coordinated and harmonies

construction.

Checking and approving fabrication, roughing in and working drawings/Layouts prepared by Suppliers/ Contractor.

Preparation of overall Construction schedule, directing contractors to prepare individual schedule. Coordination and

monitoring of schedule.
