Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

Supervise daily operations on construction sites.

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

Monitor project progress and resolve any issues or delays.

Site Inspections:

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and building codes.

Prepare detailed reports on site conditions, progress, and issues.

Technical Oversight:

Review and interpret engineering drawings, plans, and specifications.

Provide technical guidance and support to site staff and contractors.

Ensure the correct implementation of engineering solutions and techniques.

Quality Control:

Implement quality control measures to ensure construction meets project requirements.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

3-4 years of hands-on experience in on-site civil engineering.

Proficiency in civil engineering software and tools (., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MS Office).

Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
