We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Civil Engineer with over 2 years of experience in the field. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing construction and maintenance of building structures and infrastructure, such as roads, bridges, dams, water supply, and sewage systems. The candidate should have a solid understanding of civil engineering principles and the ability to manage projects efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Project Planning and Design:**

- Develop detailed designs for civil engineering projects including roads, bridges, buildings, and water supply systems.

- Conduct feasibility studies and prepare project plans, specifications, and cost estimates.

- Utilize engineering software like AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant tools to create detailed drawings and plans.

2. **Site Supervision and Project Management:**

- Oversee construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, standards, and safety regulations.

- Monitor site progress and coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.

- Resolve any on-site issues or challenges and implement corrective actions as necessary.

3. **Material and Resource Management:**

- Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment, and labor to determine project feasibility.

- Source and manage construction materials, ensuring they meet quality and safety standards.

- Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of resources.

4. **Quality Control and Safety:**

- Implement quality control procedures to ensure that all construction work meets the required standards and specifications.
