Civil Site Engineer- Should have proper experience of site execution. Must have worked on hilly terrain. Applies professional knowledge and experienced judgment and independently design complex projects. Should be able to take on-site decisions. Can issue sketches for small details on site if required. Should able to work independently. Have experience in handling time bound projects of RCC and Steel Structure. Responsible for planning, scheduling, conducting and coordinating the technical and management aspects on multidisciplinary projects. Provide technical direction and on the job training to junior members of the team. Able to present their technical work and that of their team on the project. Shall ensure effective communication and coordination on assigned tasks between all the disciplines. Managing one’s own time and time of others reporting to them. Build client relationships and help identify business opportunities. Liaison with various Statutory Authorities and obtaining approvals from them.
