Job Overview:

Biocube is seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee and optimize

the companys operational functions. As the COO, you will work closely with the CEO and

other members of the leadership team to drive growth, scale operations, and improve

efficiency across multiple verticals. This role requires a seasoned operations leader with a

proven track record in managing complex business processes in a high-tech, innovation driven

environment.

Qualifications:

1. Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Operations

Management, or a related field.

2. Experience: 10-15 years of executive leadership experience, with at least 5 years in an

operational role, ideally in technology, software, or SaaS companies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership: Partner with the CEO to set and execute the companys strategic

vision, operational goals, and long-term business plans.

2. Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment with

business objectives and the seamless functioning of departments including Product,

Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

3. Process Optimization: Implement processes and best practices that improve efficiency,

scalability, and customer satisfaction across Biocubes operations.

4. Technology Integration: Ensure that Biocubes cutting-edge technology, including AIpowered

biometric solutions and live data analytics, is integrated seamlessly into

operational workflows across all departments.

5. Financial Oversight: Work with the CFO to ensure operations are running within budget

and on track for revenue and profitability goals.
