Chief of Marketing Operations ( COMO)
We are looking for young dynamic person to lead the marketing operations of our start-up company to achieve growth and profitability in our business operations of Diesel Marketing through door delivery to customers.
Responsibilities:
Marketing Management
Planning, implementing, and overseeing all marketing activities to achieve and sustain sales volumes and revenue.
Liaising with sales and Operations teams to align objectives.
Growing and developing marketing team.
Building a network of reliable external agencies and marketing professionals to support marketing activities.
Conducting market research and staying abreast of competitor positioning.
Sales collections and outstanding monitoring and control within budget.
Expansion into new markets through franchisee / Direct options.
Supply Chain Management:
Manage the complete supply chain from sourcing to delivery controlled via system.
Develop options for procurement of Diesel from different Retail outlet on competitive terms for ease of business and profitability.
Liaison with Oil companies for ensuing smooth supplies from Terminals.
Management of delivery bowsers Manage vehicles efficiencies, eliminate losses and increase output productivity.
Expansion of fleet in line with business growth
Manage team /fleet pilots on ground for deliveries. Management of operational hubs for ease of deployment .
Management of overall delivery cost and maintenance.
Manage vehicle maintenance.
COMO Requirements:
Bachelors degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
A Master's degree in marketing or a related field or an MBA may be highly desirable.
More than 8 years' proven experience in a marketing manager or business development role in logistics or related industry.
Excellent analytical and leadership skills.
Creative and entrepreneurial spirit.
Exceptional knowledge of marketing.
