We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Marketing Officer to lead our marketing team and drive the development and execution of our overall marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in developing and implementing effective marketing programs and strategies for businesses in the advertising industry.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the overall business goals of the agency.

- Work closely with the sales team to ensure that our marketing efforts are aligned with our sales objectives.

- Manage and lead a team of marketing professionals to execute marketing campaigns and programs.

- Create and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to achieve optimal results.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, media outlets, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Experience in a senior marketing leadership role, preferably within the advertising industry would be appreciated.
