• supervision of Accounts Team Ensuring Periodical Updation of Financial Data in the Computerised System (erp & Tally).

• providing the Required Periodical Mis to the Management.

• treasury & Cash Flow Management.

• monitoring of Periodical Compliances with (statutory Remittances like Pf, Profession Tax, Tds, Gst, Income Tax / Wealth Tax, Etc.).

• co-ordination of Financial Related Issues Within the other Departments of the Organization like Legal Team, Marketing Department, Directors, Etc.

• co-ordination with Auditors.

2) desired Candidate Profile

• chartered Accountant with More 10 Years of Experience

• good Communication Skills and Proficient in Computer Applications – Especially Ms Excel, Erp & Tally.

• preferably Working Experience in the Field of Real Estate / Construction and Hospitality Industry.

• knowledge of Gst and Real Estate Transactions.

• experience in Income Tax Scrutiny Matters.
