Chief Financial Officer Bangalore

Company: Leading Company in construction projects/contracts

Job profile:

• To oversee all financial aspects of business and drive the company’s financial strategic requirements

• Oversee Direct/Indirect taxation, tax related matters under litigation and co-ordinate with the authorities, consultants

• Co-ordinate with the Bankers and Financial Institutions

• Guide the company towards profitability and long-term success

• Oversee the Company Secretarial functions

• Managing the finance and accounting tem

• Develop/Implement the corporate fund-raising strategies

• Monitor Company’s Business Plan/Budget

• Prepare timely reports on financial performance on a Monthly/Quarterly/Annual basis

• Liaise with the Statutory Auditors and ensure Compliance to financial laws, policies & guidelines

Technical skills:

• In-depth Knowledge in Corporate finance and accounting principles, laws & practices, and direct & indirect taxation.

• Basic awareness & knowledge on Company Law & related policies and Banking practices

• Proficient in the use/implementation of Financial management softwares like ERP

Soft skills:

Good communication skills, leadership skills, interpersonal skills, analytical skills, Liasioning skills, negotiations skills, presentation skills, interpersonal skills

Educational Qualification: Chartered Accountant or MBA Finance

Experience: Experience of 15-20 years with latest experience as finance head/financial controller. Experience in Real Estate, Construction & Contracting sector will be an added advantage
