Graduation with One year “Executive Management Programme’’ from IIM or equivalent.

 Minimum total experience will be 10 years not more than 20 years in any Industrial

sector.

 Proven experience as senior managerial position in product development & business

plan.

 Open eye queue to promote an innovative product line as a small scale Industries

which having market potential and profitability.

 Knowledge of ROI within limited source of business capital. Experience in developing marketing strategies for new launching productsKey requirement: To finding a new product line belongs from small /micro Industrial
