Graduation with One year Executive Management Programme from IIM or equivalent.

Minimum total experience will be 10 years not more than 20 years in any Industrial

sector.

Proven experience as senior managerial position in product development & business

plan.

Open eye queue to promote an innovative product line as a small scale Industries

which having market potential and profitability.

Knowledge of ROI within limited source of business capital. Experience in developing marketing strategies for new launching productsKey requirement: To finding a new product line belongs from small /micro Industrial
