Currently we are looking for:
Chief Executive Officer, who is responsible for providing strategic, financial and operational leadership for the company and will closely coordinate and work with the Board of Directors and senior leadership team.
1. Main responsibilities:
. Full responsibility for financial and economic result of a company, responsibility for business strategy development and implementation.
. Act as a strategic partner by developing and implementing the company’s plans and projects.
. Analyze the effects of long-term growth initiatives, planning, new strategies, and regulatory actions.
. Budgeting and control of the costs, responsibility for profit & loss.
. Mentor and interact with staff members at all levels to foster growth and encourage development among the senior executive team and all staff members.
. Strong communication and cooperation with other office in the field of production, sales, logistics & transportation management.
. Implement, improve, and enforce policies and procedures that will increase the financial and operational effectiveness of the company.
. Improve the planning and budgeting process continually
