Oversee the daily operations of the company, including manufacturing, supply chain, quality control, and distribution.

Ensure the efficient and effective operation of sugar mills and other production facilities.

Implement policies to ensure compliance with local and international regulations, including environmental and labor laws.

Financial Oversight:

Manage the financial health of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.

Ensure profitability by optimizing production costs, pricing strategies, and revenue growth.

Engage with investors and stakeholders, providing financial reports and updates.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders such as government regulators, local communities, industry associations, and customers.

Advocate for the companys interests in policy discussions related to agriculture, sugar pricing, and trade regulations.

Human Resource Management:

Lead and motivate a large workforce, ensuring a high level of employee engagement, retention, and performance.

Foster a culture of innovation, safety, and sustainability across the organization.

Oversee talent management, including hiring, development, and succession planning.

Market Analysis and Expansion:

Monitor sugar industry trends, prices, and competitive landscapes both locally and globally.

Develop strategies for penetrating new markets or launching new product lines such as ethanol or co-generated energy.
