We are seeking a highly motivated Chemical Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Chemical Engineering, with a strong understanding of chemical processes and principles. The candidate should also have experience in working with hazardous chemicals and should be able to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop chemical processes and products, from lab scale to full production scale.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify new chemicals and materials that could be used in our production processes.
• Optimize production processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure the safe handling of hazardous chemicals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all production processes meet quality standards.
• Work with production personnel to troubleshoot issues and improve process performance.
• Develop and implement process control systems to monitor and control chemical production processes.
• Conduct process simulations and modeling to optimize chemical processes.
• Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce waste.
• Develop and test new chemical formulations to improve the performance of our products.
• Conduct research and development on new chemicals for use in our products.
• Analyze and interpret data from experiments to inform process and product development.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, such as process flow diagrams and standard operating procedures.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Provide technical support to customers and other stakeholders.
• Conduct regular competitive analysis by researching components of competitor products to improve our products and beat the competition.
