Job position: Chef De Partie (CDP)
No of vacancies: 7/8
Remuneration: £27,000 a year based on a 48-hour week. 5 days on and 2 days off – with a potential to earn overtime should the candidate wish.
Accommodation: Charged at £55 a week which includes all bills – this could be on shared or single room basis, based on availability.
Other benefits: Potential to earn around £4000 a year in tips
Qualification: Candidate needs to be a team player first and foremost, additionally, he/she needs to be an engaged, creative foodie who can cook great dishes with exotic and local ingredients.
Specialisation of cuisine: Candidate is expected to be qualified in cooking continental food with working knowledge of Asian cuisine, if possible.
Experience: 3/4 years of relevant experience.
Technical qualifications:
