Job Description

 Work with Food Scientist to Develop new FMCG products as per company’s requirement/Market

study.

ï‚· Design, develop and test processes and processing equipment for food processing.

ï‚· Responsible to maintain cleanliness, sanitation at the assigned work area.

ï‚· Able to produce quality product in a timely and efficient manner as per the sales/operation team.

ï‚· Able to produce quality product in a timely and efficient manner as per the sales/operation team.

ï‚· Responsible for preparing and cooking all food items by the recipe and to specification.

ï‚· Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food.

ï‚· Prepare all menu items by strictly following recipes and yield guide.

ï‚· Wash and peel fresh fruits, vegetables and also able to weigh, measure and mix ingredients on

correct proportions.

ï‚· Have general knowledge of cooking temperatures, making sauces, preparing Salads.

ï‚· Monitor and minimize the level of Bad goods returns

ï‚· Ensuring availability of products through timely forecasting and interaction with cross functional

departments.
