Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Chef with expertise in Continental cuisine and a basic understanding of bakery operations. As a Chef at The Lark Cafe, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a range of Continental dishes and assisting with bakery items. The role includes creating menus, ensuring food quality, and contributing to a positive kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook Continental dishes according to recipes and standards

- Assist in bakery operations, such as baking bread and pastries

- Develop and innovate menu items to delight our customers

- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards

- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Chef with expertise in Continental cuisine

- Basic knowledge of bakery operations

- Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus

Skills:

- Strong culinary skills
