Job Summary:
We seek skilled and creative Chefs to prepare high-quality dishes, ensuring exceptional culinary experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and cook menu items (appetizers, entrees, desserts).
2. Develop new recipes and menus.
3. Manage kitchen operations (ordering, inventory).
4. Supervise and train kitchen staff.
5. Maintain kitchen cleanliness and safety standards.
6. Collaborate with front-of-house staff.
Requirements:
1. 2+ years of culinary experience.
2. Culinary degree or certification (., CMC, CEC).
3. Strong knife skills and cooking techniques.
4. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
5. Physical ability to work in fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience in fine dining or high-volume kitchens.
