Recipe Development: Develop new recipes and improve existing ones, keeping up with the latest trends in bakery products.

Quality Control: Ensure consistency and quality in all bakery products, maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.

Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage inventory to prevent shortages and wastage.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen team and other chefs to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of bakery items.

Training & Supervision: Train and supervise junior staff, providing guidance and support to maintain high performance levels.

Customer Satisfaction: Interact with customers, gather feedback, and ensure customer satisfaction with bakery products.
