Requirements:
- Fluent written and spoken NEPALI and English.
- Typing Speed of 50wpm
- High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
- Comfortable using computers.
- Should have Laptop or PC(atleast i3 processor & 8GB RAM) to Work from Home.
- Should have broadband internet connection
- Should have proper power backup system (inverter/ups) for interruption work during power cuts also
- Candidate comfortable with Morning shift, Day shift and Night shift

- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
