Job Description

1. Customer Service Executives are required to answer incoming chats from customers for various reasons- take orders, answer inquiries, resolve complaints and provide information following company's policies, procedures and guidelines.

2. An efficient Customer Service Executive must make sure that the complaints made by customers are genuine and then must try to resolve them or propose a solution which helps the customer.
