Summary

1. Chat/Web-Chat Associate

2. Analyst utilizing hands-on Customer Engagement

3. Solving Queries over Web-chat process within the given time span

Work Location: Safilguda, Hyderabad

Primary Responsibilities

Customer engagement over live chats

Identify and resolve escalated customer issues

Find alternate solutions by researching and exploring information using available resources.

Skills and Competencies

6 months+ experience in web chat with excellent command over English

Good typing speed of over 25 WPM and 90% accuracy

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word)

The candidate has to be a quick learner, high on energy and must have a flair for customer processes

Willing to work in Night Shifts

Work from Office

Immediate Joiners Only

Qualification of the candidates :- Any graduate or post graduate

Gender :- Both Male & Female (Most preference to male candidates as this is a night shift job)

Location :- Candidates residing in and around Secunderabad are preferred.
