Job Description: Online Chat Agent – Sales (Inbound & Outbound)

Job Location: Remote

Shift Time: Night shift (09:30 PM to 07:00AM) IST (Including Break)

Working days: Monday to Saturday

We are seeking Online Chat Agent – Sales for an International Process.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with prospective clients via live chat and calls providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries about our digital marketing services.

Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions to drive sales.

Assist clients in navigating our service offerings and understanding how they can benefit their businesses.

Proactively follow up with leads and encourage them to take the next steps in the sales process.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine chat strategies and enhance customer engagement.

Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and product knowledge to provide insightful recommendations to clients.

Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in Online sales, or a similar role, preferably in a digital marketing environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong ability to engage and persuade customers.

Excellent interpersonal and business communication skills verbal and written.

Proficient in using live chat tools and CRM software.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.

A positive attitude and a passion for helping clients succeed.
