Key Responsibilities:
Respond to incoming communications from customers via chat.
Resolve customer issues through written communication.
Requirements:
Willingness to relocate to Ahmedabad and work on-site.
Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
Ability to work in night and rotational shifts.

Skills Required:

Good computer knowledge with a typing speed of 25 words per minute and at least 85% accuracy.
Salary Package:
26,000 CTC to 35,000 CTC.
