**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Interaction:** Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and requests via chat with professionalism and efficiency

- **Issue Resolution:** Resolve customer issues and complaints while adhering to company policies and guidelines

- **Information Management:** Provide accurate information and updates to customers about products or services

- **Documentation:** Maintain and update customer records and interactions in the company’s database

- **Feedback Collection:** Gather customer feedback and report trends or recurring issues to the team
