Job Summary:

We seek skilled Chat Makers to prepare and assemble delicious chats, ensuring high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and assemble chats (., samosas, kachoris, chaat items).

2. Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization.

3. Follow recipes and quality control guidelines.

4. Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients.

5. Collaborate with kitchen staff.

6. Ensure timely production and delivery.

Requirements:

1. 1+ year of experience as a Chat Maker.

2. Formal culinary training or apprenticeship.

3. Knowledge of Indian street food and chaat cuisine.

4. Strong knife skills and attention to detail.

5. Physical ability to work in fast-paced kitchen environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience in food production or manufacturing.

2. Familiarity with HACCP and food safety protocols.

3. Certification in Indian cuisine or chaat making.

4. Leadership or team management experience.

Working Conditions:

1. Commercial kitchen environment.

2. Frequent standing, bending, and lifting (up to 50 lbs).
