Responsibilities:

● Research and Analysis: Conduct research on regulatory frameworks, industry trends, and client-specific issues. Analyse findings to support consulting projects.

● Documentation and Compliance: Assist in maintaining corporate records, drafting resolutions, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

● Client Support: Provide support to senior consultants in client engagements, including preparing meeting agendas, documentation, and follow-up actions.

● Project Coordination: Coordinate project activities, timelines, and deliverables. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth project execution.

● Learning and Development: Actively participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your knowledge and skills in corporate governance, company secretarial practices, and related areas.

Requirements:

● Educational Background-Fresher CS, Semi-Qualified CS , Semi-Qualified CA.

● Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data effectively.

● Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely
