Job Description

Role: Chartered Accountant

Exp: 5+ yrs in similar role/industry

Salary: up to 12 LPA

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS POSITION:

- Operational Client Management

- Independent Allocation/Review/Finalisation of Team’s work

- On the Job Team training while reviewing works

- Review/Execution of Business Valuations, Regulatory Valuations, Financial Reporting Valuations, IBC Valuations – Securities or Financial Assets

- Ensuring compliance with systems / processes and documentation

- Submission of valuation reports for Final Review/Signatures after thorough review of approach/process and also documentation to ensure that valuation is properly supported

- Billing and Recovery management

- Reporting to HOD

Skills:

- Thorough Professional focused on meeting client needs

- Good command on Valuation and Finance concepts

- Experience in Business / Financial Modelling

- Knowledge of Capitaline / similar software for Industry data

- Understanding of Valuation Standards and generally accepted principles

- Knowledge of Industry wise Valuations, Trends and Deals taking place

- Thorough understanding and Application of Valuation approaches and methodologies

- Experience in valuing business entities, intellectual property, common and preferred stock, partnership interests, private debt instruments, options, warrants, and other derivative instruments. (Discounted Cash Flow Method Equity Method, Discounted Cash Flow Method Firm Method, Comparable Companies Trading Multiple (CCM) Method, Comparable Companies Transaction Multiple (CTM) Method, Option Pricing Models (Black Scholes / Binomial)

- Knowledge of Indian Regulatory Environment pertaining to Valuations

- Production of quality deliverables within timescale
