Summary of Job:
The Auditor must be responsible for financial reporting and have a thorough understanding of Statutory audits, Bank audits, Concurrent audits, Investigation audits, and reconciliation, among other auditing practices. The position is based in India and will assist with the end-to-end process of financial statement preparation in addition to statutory and other audits for the nation's top companies and government.
What we are looking for:
Qualified CAs with 0-3 years of experience in financial accounting, auditing, or a combination thereof, preferably in auditing.
Keen knowledge of different types of audits.
Strong understanding of accounting, banking laws, regulations, and internal controls
Sound understanding of audit theories, principles, and practices
Familiarity with general accounting practices and techniques
Strong interpersonal skills, critical thinking skills, and time management skills
Proficient verbal and written communication skills
Comfortability working in a collaborative environment
Proficient in data analysis, advanced knowledge of Microsoft excel.
Hands-on experience with tally and SAP and other related software.
Responsibilities:
Develop audit objectives, plans, and scope by reviewing available information and conducting research
Help design, implement, and maintain internal audit procedures and risk assessment processes
Prepare audit findings, write audit reports, and develop recommendations
Perform and control the full audit cycle including risk management and control management over operations effectiveness, financial reliability, and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations
Development of a comprehensive audit plan of the entity based on the discussion with the auditors and communication and alignment of the plan with the various internal teams to ensure efficient and timely execution of the audit.
