JOB DESCRIPTION FOR EXPERIENCED CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT FOR AUDIT AND TAX

Location: Bandra kurla road-BKC

A) Min educational qualification:

- Chartered Accountant

- Company Secretary would be a plus but not necessary

B) Work experience:

- Min 3-4 years work experience (post qualification) with a Chartered Accountancy firm dealing

with

o Statutory audit of unlisted companies

o Statutory audit under IndAS

o Tax audit

o Filing income tax returns for individuals as well as corporate

o Handling income tax assessments

C) Areas of work to be handled

Audit:

Leading the team for Statutory Audits for various listed and non listed clients.

Perform tax audits.

Leading the team for Bank Audits and CAG audits.

Supervising associates conducting internal audit for group companies

Tax:

Filing Income Tax Returns of Companies and Individuals.

Preparation & Representation of scrutiny cases before Income Tax Authorities independently.

Filing online compliances and handle various cases of Appeals

Consultancy:
