Job Description

Assistant Manager: Accounts & Finance

1. Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and

annual financial statements under Ind AS or GAAP as applicable.

2. Compliance: Stay up to date with accounting standards and

regulatory changes including tax compliance

3. Auditing: Coordinate and liaise with external auditors during the

annual audit process, providing necessary documentation and

addressing audit inquiries.

4. Internal Controls: Implement and monitor internal controls to

safeguard financial assets and ensure the accuracy of financial

data.

5. Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the budgeting and

forecasting processes, collaborating with other departments to

provide accurate financial projections.

6. Monitoring Day-to-day accounting
