Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Finalization & Compliance:
Prepare and finalize financial statements.
Ensure accurate book closure, reconciliation, and financial reporting.
Oversee in-house compliance with statutory and regulatory frameworks.
2. Taxation (Direct & Indirect Taxes):
Handle GST compliance, including filing of returns, reconciliations, and resolving GST queries.
Ensure TDS compliance, return filing, and tax audits.
Assist in income tax computations, assessments, and scrutiny handling.
3. Banking Coordination & Treasury Management:
Manage relationships with banks for funding, overdrafts, and working capital requirements.
Monitor loan agreements, interest calculations, and financial covenants.
Assist in Bank Guarantees, and other banking transactions.
4. Audits & Liaisoning:
Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors for smooth audit execution.
Ensure timely completion of tax audits, GST audits, and statutory audits.
Liaise with government departments and regulatory authorities for compliance matters.
ge financial operations through SAP B1 ERP and ensure smooth system integration.
Improve financial controls, automation, and reporting efficiency.
Assist in data migration, master data management, and troubleshooting in SAP B1.

Key Skills & Qualifications:
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience.
Experience in the Infrastructure sector is preferred.
Strong understanding of finalization of accounts, taxation (Direct & Indirect), and compliance.
Proficiency in SAP B1, MS Excel, and accounting software.
Good knowledge of banking coordination, working capital management, and treasury functions.
Ability to liaise with auditors, departments, and regulatory authorities.
Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and communication skills.
