Job Description:
�� Oversee and manage all aspects of financial accounting, reporting, and compliance for the company.
�� Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations and reporting requirements and basic understanding of SEBI ICDR, 2018.
�� Coordinate and lead the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
�� Manage the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors to ensure timely completion of audits.
�� Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making by senior management.
�� Monitor and analyse financial performance against budgets, forecasts, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
�� Supervise and mentor accounting staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional development.
�� Stay up-to-date on changes in accounting standards, regulations, and best practices, and ensure compliance within the organization.
�� Collaborate with other departments, such as legal and compliance, to address financial and regulatory issues as needed.
Chartered Accountant
Chartered accountant with 1-2 years of experience in following areas
�� Basic understanding of SEBI ICDR, 2018
�� Preparation/review of Financial Statement, restated financial statement.
�� Understanding of Schedule III, Indian Accounting standard and accounting standard
�� Understanding of Projected Financial statement (CMA Data)
�� Familiar with Accounting software such as tally
