### Job Title: Accounts Manager (Chartered Accountant)

#### Job Overview:

The Accounts Manager (Chartered Accountant) with 6 to 12 years of experience is responsible for managing the financial operations of the organization, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing strategic financial guidance. This role involves leading the accounting team, preparing detailed financial reports, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data.

#### Key Responsibilities:

- **Financial Management**: Oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and payroll.

- **Reporting**: Prepare, analyze, and present financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.

- **Budgeting and Forecasting**: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans, providing insights for strategic decision-making.

- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with tax regulations, financial reporting standards, and internal controls.

- **Audit**: Coordinate and manage internal and external audits, ensuring timely and accurate completion.

- **Team Leadership**: Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

- **Strategic Planning**: Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions and strategic planning.

- **Risk Management**: Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring the organization's financial stability and growth.

#### Qualifications:

- **Education; Chartered Accountant (CA) certification.

- **Experience**: 6 to 12 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 to 5 years in a managerial role.

- **Skills**: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in accounting software.
