verticals to ascertain the RISK TO REWARD RATIO in all our business

You as the Chief of Finance will be solely responsible in the following :

1) Setting up a financial system to automate the complete system of

Banking/Taxation/Audit and other areas related to the financial health of the

company

2) To use the best of your knowledge to help in deciding the best decision in

terms of our various financial instruments like OD/CC/FD/GOLD

3) You will have to all streamline the documentation part of of various

business such as DSA Business of Banks/EXIM Vertical/BG/LC

4) You will have to be a Draft Master to Draft Mails to Organistaions and

Government both and also be responsible in Drafting the Minutes of Important

meetings

5) As a CS you will have to also look into Legal Areas related to our company

businesses
