• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the assigned channel (Gtechniq)
• Responsible to manage P & L for the respective assigned channel
• Bring new clients on board.
• Planning, organising, supporting and participating in the strategic planning
• Produce targeted sales action plans on a quarterly and annual basis.
• Evaluate & develop promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands channel customer base and ensure its strong presence
• Drive and manage marketing campaigns and brand building activities
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Provide support and training to clients to ensure success & developing brand knowledge
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team during the review meeting.
• Coordinate with other internal team to avoid any potential conflicts.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
• Regular travelling for business purpose.
