Channel Sales Manager (Full Time)

Develop and execute channel sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue growth.

Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners (such as distributors, resellers, VARs) to expand our market reach.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners, providing training, support, and motivation to drive sales performance.

Collaborate with channel partners to develop joint business plans, marketing campaigns, and sales initiatives to promote our products/services.

Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, pipeline activity, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth within the channel.

Conduct regular business reviews with channel partners to assess performance, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with company goals.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with channel partners, ensuring agreements are beneficial for both parties and compliant with company policies.

Provide ongoing support and training to channel partners on product knowledge, sales techniques, and market positioning.

Utilize CRM software to manage channel partner relationships, track sales activities, and maintain accurate account information.
