Key Responsibilities:

Global Partner Development: Identify, onboard, and support channel partners worldwide to broaden our global reach and impact.

Client Support Excellence: Deliver exceptional service to our partners, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.

Sales and Service Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to create strategies that support partner success and drive growth.

Marketing Initiatives: Work with partners to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that enhance our service offerings.

Market Awareness: Keep abreast of global industry trends and market conditions to identify new opportunities and address challenges.

Performance Reporting: Track and report on key performance indicators related to partner engagement and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in client support or channel sales with a global focus

Proven ability to manage and support international partners

Strong communication and organizational skills
