Job Description:
• Case generation: Generate cases from Tollfree enquiries, email enquiries, fb enquiries, referrals from existing customers, database, channel partners, Directors references, Hospital partners
• Coordinate and follow up: follow up with patients and their families for direct booking and membership plan selling. Also create whatsapp groups and coordinate with the inhouse operations team, Doctors and Paramedic team as required
• Documentation and filing: as required by the company
• Data Entry: Login file of the patients / members with full details online and offline as required
• Counseling: Help to comfort the patient’s and their family’s anxieties, fears, and concerns regarding their symptoms, condition, and proposed flying.
• Work Closely with Partner Hospitals: Serve as Book Air Ambulance ambassador not only to patients but to our partner hospital, physicians and staff at partner hospitals. Responsible for continuously educating hospitals, CPs on the company’s latest offerings.
