Job Description
As a key member of Change management, you will: The Technical Change Manager role is responsible for ensuring requested changes and version releases of services and infrastructure into the GMS customer production/non-production environment are risk minimised, controlled, and communicated.
Experience:
10+ year's experience of working in an outsourced environment and supplier management against SLAs, monitoring change and release performance against service level agreements, and participating in effective working relationships to deliver continuous improvement.
Experience of Change managing applications, end user devices, network infrastructure and services in an ITIL compliant environment.
Experience of working in a secure environment.
Understanding of the Standards & Models relating to ISO , ISO , CMMI. For eg: Data Protection, copyright, intellectual property rights, etc.
Experience of building strong working relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
Strong customer focus.
Project management experience.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Positive can do attitude and flexibility of approach.
Professional qualification or equivalent experience in an Information technology related subject and project management.
ITILv4 Foundation qualified.
