• Budgeting to Execution – To develop and record budgets and also track and control funds by

defining multiple budget levels and establish budgetary limitations for each level.

• Company Operation Management – To oversee all the functions of operations and managing

entire system.

• Business Development – To develop business and increase market share of the company and

ensure to maintain relationships for the long term valued an organization customer, clients,

vendors etc.

Strategic Planning – Achieve Organization Goal by defining or setting the goal with conducting

proper research, mapping risk, setting targets and assigning tasks by allocating helpful

resources.

• Knowledge of Import & Export – Must have good Knowledge of Import and Export and related

compliance.

• Brand Building – Promote company product to intended audience.

• Performance Management - To enhance employee performance through progress monitoring,

skill development, feedback and evaluating results.

• Team Building – To develop a result oriented team which performs as per their targeted goals.

• Target Oriented – Must be focused and target oriented to achieve targeted goals.

• Market Expansion – Must define good strategy for offering existing and new product in Market.

• Knowledge of Lubricant Industry will be preferred.
