The roles are responsible for the effective running & management of Centre faculty and programs. Responsibilities include communicating clearly with teachers as well as students, aligning roaster of visiting faculties, making recommendations for the overall workplace quality enhancement as well as retention/increasing enrolment. The Centre manager will be a key person in recruiting and retaining large clients for larger contracts, conduct local branding & marketing activities along with the administration of entire franchise operations. The manager will also be responsible for the retention and development of instructors. The center manager should be able to display a good-natured and cooperative demeanor when dealing with others in challenging situations. He/ She will have the willingness to adhere to others needs and willingness to address their concerns.
Key duties:
Manage & run the centre including supervision of and collaboration with the faculty
Research market potential and market the center program to attract more clients
Prepare progress reports for the Director
Coordinate with Center Director for scheduling & conducting special events and information sessions on and off campus
Organize regular meetings with the tutors and work with them on quality improvement
Developing and maintaining plans towards ensuring the achievement of periodic targets
Assisting the counsellors in increasing student enrolment via both - contracts with larger clients and open enrolment
Conduct student feedback on faculty and mediate students complaints
