Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Center Manager in Chandigarh. The Center Manager will oversee the Center's day-to-day operations, managing a team of medical professionals and support staff, coordinating patient appointments and scheduling, and ensuring the highest patient care and satisfaction standards. The Center Manager will also be responsible for maintaining compliance with medical regulations and ensuring the smooth functioning of the center.

Qualifications

�� Experience in healthcare management, preferably in de-addiction treatment or psychiatric services

�� Strong leadership and team management skills

�� Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

�� Knowledge of medical regulations and compliance

�� Able to run Marketing Strategies

�� Inventory Management

�� Recruitment of staff as per requirements and guidelines

�� Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

�� Ability to work well under pressure and make quick decisions

�� Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills

�� Master��s or Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field

�� Prior experience in a clinical or healthcare setting
