1) Achieve allocated admission targets - Counselling and Closer of Admission must be done on Daily basis as per the Target. Conducting Pre- sales and Post Sales Procedure/Activity
2) Call students from database to generate Leads. Generating Walk-in by doing Follow up on Enquiry Assigned on Daily Basis. Participate in Marketing Activities for Lead Generation (Indoor and Outdoor).
3) Counselling Students and parents about our courses and competitive exams landscape. Become career guide.
4) Champion entire student cycle: Prospecting, Counselling, Admission, Orientation, Support.
Interaction with students and parents on routine basis for giving them institute experience. Clarifying doubts of students and parents. Resolving student/ parent queries.
5) Managing fee and course software for different programs.
6) Monitor class schedules to ensure smooth running of classes.
7) Maintaining business reports to track performance on daily and timely basis
8) Conduct seminars and awareness-based activities across various institutions / student communities to generate leads.
9) Liaison with Head Office for upcoming programs, admission tests, schemes, and other offers.
10) Handling assigned administrative responsibilities.
11) Should be able to lead a team of tele callers
