Monthly Curriculum Planning with Teachers: Collaborate with teachers to plan to engage and age-appropriate curriculum activities for preschool children.
Day-to-Day Interaction with Parents: Maintain open communication with parents, addressing their concerns and providing updates on their child��s progress.
Counseling and Guiding Teachers: Support and guide teaching staff, ensuring they follow best practices in early childhood education.
Organizing Events: Plan and execute events such as Sports Days and Annual Days, fostering a sense of community within the preschool.
Procurement of Materials and Teaching Resources: Oversee the procurement of necessary materials and resources from vendors.
Orientation for Class Parents: Conduct orientation sessions for parents to familiarize them with the preschool��s policies and practices.
Running the Entire Centre: Ensure efficient management of all aspects of the center, including administrative tasks.
Requirements and Skills:
Educational Background: A background in education or related fields is preferred.
Experience: Prior experience as a Centre Head or in a leadership role within a preschool setting.
Effective Communication: Strong communication skills to interact with parents, teachers, and staff.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities effectively.
Knowledge of Licensing Requirements: Familiarity with licensing regulations for preschools.
